Terms and Conditions for Gardens by the Bay Attractions & Garden Cruiser services:
- 1 Singapore Resident Rates are applicable for Singapore citizens, permanent residents and those living in Singapore, including holders of employment passes, work permits or dependent passes. Proof of residency may be required when purchasing tickets or when entering conservatories.
- All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of GST.
- The admission hours and rates above reflect our standard operating hours and prices and are subject to change. Please check the Announcements page for latest updates.
- Blockout dates apply for the Cooled Conservatories, OCBC Skyway and Far East Organisation Children's Garden when the attractions areclosed for maintenance. Please check our Closure Dates page for more details.
- Tickets can be purchased online at our Ticketing site, or on-site at the Ticketing counters or near the entrance of OCBC Skyway for OCBC Skyway, during the specified operating hours. Please check our Ticketing Terms and Conditions for more details.
- Specific to OCBC Skyway, we reserve the rights to change the operating hours, close and/or restrict admission to capacity without prior notice and without refund or compensation or any liability in the event of inclement weather, special events or other reasons.
- Specific to Garden Cruiser Services, we may change the operating hours, suspend or cease operations without prior notice and without refund or compensation or any liability in the event of inclement weather, special events or other reasons.
